LOCAL PARTNERS

We love to partner with local organizations that are helping to make Holland a better place.  Through these partnerships, we offer both financial and volunteer support to help meet practical needs in our community.  From families struggling to put food on the table to foster children needing a place to meet with their parents, we're excited to show God's love to them in tangible, helpful ways.

Michigan Fosters

We are excited to have a partnership with Michigan Fosters who uses our parsonage to support the foster care systems in a variety of ways.  This includes a home-like atmosphere for conducting family visits, a location for social workers to bring children while waiting for placement, a meeting place for family team meetings, and also for foster parent support groups.  The parsonage serves as a central location for foster resources such as “first night” bags and freezer meals for foster families.

Kids Life Bible Club

This wonderful program is for K-5th grade students from Holland Heights School. We meet each Tuesday after school October through April for an hour of fun and learning about the Bible and Jesus Christ.

Doors of Hope

Doors of Hope is an organization that helps people through financial hurts, struggles, and crisis.

For those who struggle with making and sticking to a budget, Life Skill coaches at Doors of Hope will walk through the process and give them support where needed.  They also work with area churches to coordinate financial assistance to those requesting help. They help congregations connect with local resources, enabling them to use benevolence funds wisely as they work with community partners to help individuals with financial needs.
